Greetings Church !!

We have carefully and prayerfully considered the current situation and want you to know how we will be moving forward in the days ahead at VBC.

First of all – we know that God is on His throne and NONE of this surprises Him ! He continues to be our Rock in whom we can put our full TRUST and HOPE !!

Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from Him. Truly He is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will not be shaken. (Psalm 62:5-6)

Going forward we are excited to announce the following !!

We currently have one Sunday Worship Service at 10:30 a.m.  Our seating is physically distanced, all are sanitized regularly, and we will continue to ask that people wear masks as they arrive, move about the building, and exit the building.  We have hand sanitizer stations in multiple locations, as well as masks if people need one.

The best thing we can continue to do as a church is pray! We will continue to have a Tuesday morning prayer meeting via Zoom at 7:30 a.m.  A link to join our Zoom Meeting will be sent to you by email. You will click on the link to connect via your computer, tablet or smartphone. You may be instructed to install Zoom if you have not used it on your device before. You may also join by calling a phone number and entering the password.

It is important that we STAY CONNECTED, and we have several small groups that are meeting again.   (see our Connection Group listing under CONNECT WITH US tab.)

ZOOM is also available to any group that wants to utilize it to “meet.” All you need to do is have the Group Leader call Robin or Ed to set it up.

We have also organized CARE GROUPS to reach out to the entire VBC Family as soon as possible. We want everyone to know that the Church is thinking of you and WILLING to HELP you. Please be sure to pick up the phone or return the call if you missed it, so we can know you are OK. Also, let us know how we can pray for you.

These are “interesting” times, yet THERE is NO BETTER TIME to BE the CHURCH !! Let’s be that non-anxious presence in a world that is “freaking out” right now. Let us proclaim loud and clear “from where our Hope comes !” We must continue to LOVE GOD with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. We must continue to LOVE OTHERS including our neighbors, friends, and VBC Family. We must continue to MAKE DISCIPLES because everyone needs Jesus!

Please contact us if you are in NEED – surely if you are SICK, and if you know of anyone else in need of our help. We will make every effort to be there for you.

We love you all – and we will surely be in touch! Please continue to check your email regularly for updates.

May Jesus Himself fill you to OVERFLOWING with His presence –
