Dear VBC Family ;

We will continue to delight in the Lord this week as we come together to give THANKS and PRAISE for the HAND of BLESSING of God !!This Sunday Pastor James will encourage us in the Word of the Lord.  Come and be fed, and filled ! PS:  THANK YOU to everyone who is participating in the BABY BOTTLE BLESSINGS for the Sullivan County Pregnancy Support Center.  Be sure to return your bottles by Feb. 7th.    (There are MANY bottles left for the taking – please grab one this week  :)Our God is SUCH and AWESOME GOD !!!  AND – He is doing a GREAT THING at VBC !!!  Come and see !!

Sunday School continues this Sunday, hope you plan to join us.

Children’s Church will continue this Sunday during the Worship Service for Toddlers – 3yr. olds in the Toddler Playroom; and for 4 yr. olds – 3rd graders in the Fellowship Hall.   (Be sure to thank Pastor Jen and Pastor James and their amazing team for loving and serving our kids !!)

The Kidz Zone will be open after the Worship Service with games and activities for kids.

***  Parents – this room is provided for your kids, but you are responsible to supervise them while there, as well as when they leave this area.

On January 13, 1984, President Ronald Reagan issued a proclamation designating January 22 as the first National Sanctity of Human Life Day. (January 22, 1973, was the day the U.S. Supreme Court legalized abortion-on-demand in all 50 states.) Churches around the United States use the day to celebrate God’s gift of life, commemorate the many lives lost to abortion, and commit themselves to protecting human life at every stage.

Churches continue to recognize the third Sunday in January as Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. In 2021, that date will be January 17, however, some churches will be marking it on the 24th because it’s closer to the anniversary. Either way is fine.

Dear VBC Family ;

We will continue to delight in the Lord this week as we come together to give THANKS and PRAISE for the HAND of BLESSING of God.! This Sunday Pastor Ed and Pastor Robin will share the GOODNESS of God as we look back at all He has done in our midst throughout 2020.  We’ll also look ahead to 2021 with a sneak peek at what’s coming.

Thank you to everyone who is participating in the Baby Bottle Blessings for the Sullivan County Pregnancy Support Center.  Be sure to return your bottles by Feb. 7th. There are many bottles remaining so please grab one this week. Our God an awesome God and He is doing a GREAT THING at VB!  Come and see.

Join us for our Annual Society Meeting this Sunday at 9:15 am.  We will NOT have Sunday School this Sunday, but there will be an activity for the kids in the Fellowship Hall as adults join us for the meeting in the Sanctuary.
